Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Content Standards

All partner venues must meet the following requirements:

• Venue must be legally registered and authorized to host weddings and events in accordance with local regulations
• All information provided (pricing, capacity, services, availability) must be accurate, current, and updated within 30 days of any material changes
• Minimum of 10 professional-quality photographs required for publication (Essential), 20 for Featured/Premium packages
• Venues grant the platform non-exclusive rights to display supplied images, videos, and content for marketing purposes
• Content must not infringe on third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights

2. Availability and Response Standards

• Venues must provide availability overview for the current and following wedding season (minimum 18 months forward)
• Major availability changes must be updated within 7 business days
• Enquiries received through the platform must be responded to within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days)
• Failure to respond to enquiries may result in temporary profile suspension or downgrade
• Venues should maintain professional communication standards in all couple interactions

3. Fees, Billing and Payment Terms

• All package fees are charged monthly in advance via automatic payment (credit card or direct debit)
• Annual subscriptions may be paid in full at a discounted rate (equivalent to 10 months pricing for 12 months service)
• Minimum commitment: 3 months for Essential and Featured packages, 6 months for Premium Showcase
• Spotlight Boost campaigns are prepaid, one-time purchases and can be added at any time
• Prices are subject to annual review (maximum 5% increase with 60 days notice) to align with market conditions
• Failed payments will result in listing suspension after 7 days notice
• All fees are exclusive of VAT or applicable local taxes

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• After the minimum term, venues may cancel with 30 days written notice
• Cancellation during the minimum term results in forfeiture of remaining prepaid period
• Package upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that contain misleading information, receive repeated complaints, or fail to maintain response standards
• Spotlight Boost fees are non-refundable once campaigns have commenced due to limited inventory and scheduling commitments

5. Lead Generation and Responsibilities

• The platform provides marketing exposure and facilitates introductions between venues and couples
• The platform is NOT a party to any contracts between venues and couples
• All agreements, payments, deposits, cancellation terms, and legal obligations remain solely between venue and couple
• Venues are responsible for their own terms of service, contracts, insurance, licenses, and regulatory compliance
• The platform is not liable for cancellations, disputes, damages, or any issues arising from events
• Venues indemnify the platform against claims arising from their services or venue operations

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• Both parties agree to comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations
• Couple contact information is provided solely for responding to genuine wedding enquiries
• Venues may not use couple data for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties
• The platform may use anonymized data and testimonials for marketing purposes

7. Intellectual Property

• Venues retain ownership of all submitted photos, videos, and content
• By submitting content, venues grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and promote the content
• The platform retains all rights to its branding, technology, and directory structure

8. Limitation of Liability

• The platform's maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months
• The platform does not guarantee specific numbers of views, enquiries, or bookings
• The platform is not responsible for technical issues, search engine algorithm changes, or market conditions affecting visibility
